Description
Remington Ammunition 125 Grain Jacketed Hollow-Point (JHP) Ammo Details
Remington’s Golden Saber line of ammunition has been approved by countless law enforcement agencies throughout the country for duty carry, and although you’re not likely to find many cops who carry 357 Magnum revolvers (except for Danny Glover’s character in Lethal Weapon), all the things that make Golden Saber great are front and center in this cartridge.
This round’s 125 grain hollow point projectile features a brass jacket. Its toughness enables it to pass through tougher barriers, and also lets it release superior energy over long distances. The jacket sports spiral cut serrations around its tip, which enable the bullet to expand dramatically within targets, giving it stellar stopping power while lessening the odds of overpenetration occurring.
This cartridge’s brass casing is nickel plated, so it’s resistant to corrosion, cycles without a hitch, and is highly visible for impromptu chamber checks in the dark. This round’s effectiveness in the dark is further bolstered by its low flash propellant, which won’t leave you blind and unable to line up follow-up shots or acquire a second target.
